Grounded Advisory is an AI strategy consultancy operated by Amy Cullen Services LLC, based in Bend, Oregon. We help small and mid-size businesses make thoughtful, responsible AI decisions. You can reach us at hi@amycullen.net.

What information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you fill out the inquiry form on our website, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your business name, website or Instagram handle
• Your industry, team size, and revenue range
• Your responses to questions about AI experience, goals, and concerns
• Your budget range, timing, and availability
• How you heard about Grounded Advisory
• Anything else you choose to share in open-ended fields

We do not collect payment information through this site. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools that collect personal data.

How we use your information

We use the information you share to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Prepare for a discovery conversation with you
• Understand whether and how we might work together

That's it. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit agreement.

Who else handles your data

When you submit the inquiry form, your information is processed by Netlify (netlify.com), the infrastructure provider that hosts this website and handles form submissions. Netlify receives your form data as part of delivering it to us. You can read Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

How long we keep your information

We retain your information for as long as the business relationship is active or until you request deletion. If you never become a client, we may retain your inquiry for reference, but you can ask us to delete it at any time and we will do so promptly.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any analytics tools that collect personal data. No data is sent to third-party advertising or analytics platforms. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated before those tools are added.

Your form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
